Gaiant Educates  /  Enterprise AI Workshops

Everyone knows what AI is. Nobody knows where it goes.

We spend a day inside your business answering the two questions that decide the money. Is your organization ready, and which operation changes first.

What you walk out with

Four things, in hand, by the end of the day.

01

A readiness score

Your company measured across twelve dimensions, with a band and a defined path forward.

02

A ranked map of your operations

Every candidate workflow filtered and scored, so the order is decided on evidence.

03

One first case, taken apart

The most feasible one, broken down to the step that changes and the risk it carries.

04

A commitment card

Owner, metric, baseline, target, and the condition that tells you to stop.

The real gap

Awareness is not the problem anymore.

Your people have read the articles and tried the tools. Then they go back to their desks and the operation runs exactly as it did before.

01

Is your organization ready?

Not a feeling, a score. Your leadership rates the company on twelve dimensions from memory of real events, and the profile shows which weakness decides the outcome.

02

Where does AI go first?

Most companies spread it thin or start with the loudest department. We filter every candidate operation in your business and rank what survives, so the first case is evidence, not instinct.

Built for you

No two companies get the same day.

We study your business before we stand in front of it. How you make money, where the hours go, which processes carry the risk, and which systems your people actually use.

The session is then built on your operations, in your sector, at your scale. Your team works on the cases they will handle again next week, which is why nobody leaves saying it was interesting but not applicable.

How we build it

Four things we do before the day runs.

We interview the people who own the work

Not just the sponsor. The ones who can tell us where the hours actually go and what keeps breaking.

We map your workflows first

The material in the room is your process, not a case study about a manufacturer in Ohio.

We build to your sector and functions

A bank, a hospital group and a distributor do not get the same day. Neither do your finance and commercial teams.

We deliver it ourselves

The team that designs and ships enterprise AI systems runs the workshop, so the answers come from implementation.

The full cycle

The workshop is the entry point, not the whole job.

Each stage produces the input for the next one.

Interviews with the people who own the work, a look at the systems actually in use, and a map of the workflows that consume the most hours or carry the most risk.

Your company scored across twelve dimensions, producing a profile, a band, and the specific conditions to address before anything gets deployed.

Every candidate operation filtered, scored and mapped against your real business, with the first cases specified, sequenced and assigned to owners.

Systems built and deployed inside your environment, measured against the metric and baseline written on the commitment card.

Function-level training on the systems now running, on the workflows those teams handle every week, so adoption does not depend on curiosity.

Your company scores again, the band moves, and the next operations come off the map into the build queue. Each cycle raises the ceiling on what the organization can absorb next.

Fit

Who this is built for.

Established organizations with real operations to change, and a leadership team that intends to change them.

This is for you if

  • You run an established business and want to evolve how the work gets done, not experiment at the edges
  • You want AI embedded close to the workflows that carry your revenue and your risk
  • You want your people equipped to work alongside these systems
  • You are the decision maker, or sit close enough to one to move on what the day produces

This is not the right time if

  • Your organization is not looking to change how it operates in the next few quarters
  • Any commitment would need several layers of approval before it could move
  • You are looking for an introductory talk on AI rather than a working session
  • Your team is not able to share how the work actually happens

Tell us about your organization.

If there is a fit, we book a 30 minute call to scope the day around your operations.

  • One working day. Our reply time, from a person, not an autoresponder.
  • No deck on the call. We ask about your operations and tell you whether the day is worth running.
  • Applications are reviewed. Every workshop is delivered hands on by our own team, so we take a small number at a time.
  • What you share stays with us. We sign an NDA before the intake if you prefer.

Questions

Before you apply

What does it cost?

It depends on the size of the room and how far into the cycle you go. We give you a fixed number on the call, once we know the scope. There is no charge for the call or the scoping.

How long is it, and what do we need to prepare?

A full day on site, plus a short intake beforehand so the material is built on your operations. Your team needs laptops and honest answers about how the work actually happens.

What happens to the information we share?

It stays between us and is used only to build and deliver your session. We sign your NDA, or provide ours, before the intake. Nothing from your workshop is named publicly without your written approval.

Who delivers the session?

Our own team, the same people who design and deploy enterprise AI systems for clients. We do not subcontract delivery to trainers.

How is this different from a training course?

A course teaches tools. Here your company is scored, your operations are ranked, and the day ends with a signed commitment on a specific first case. The output is a decision your team can act on.

Are we going to be sold an implementation project?

The day stands on its own and the readout is yours either way. Some clients bring us back to build the first cases, others take the map and run it internally.

We already use AI tools. Is this still useful?

Usually more so. Companies with tools already in place tend to have adoption they cannot measure, and the matrix separates the workflows worth expanding from the ones quietly costing you licence fees.

Your competitors are guessing where AI goes. Stop guessing first.

One day decides your first case, your owner and your number. Everything after that is execution.
